Don't just survive... Thrive!
My mission is to help people achieve their highest levels of
health in mind, body and spirit through therapeutic bodywork, integrative energy healing,
and holistic counseling.
I enjoy working with people who are motivated to change their lives in order to feel and
be their best so that they, in turn, can make a positive difference in the world, however
large or small.
Also, I work with all ages (including children and teenagers) and most types of illness,
injury, disease, disturbance, circumstance, and situation.
To me, massage is not a luxury but powerful medicine.
Holistic massage and energy work can help reset the body’s
stress mechanism, produce states of profound relaxation in which optimal healing can occur,
affect changes in the nervous system that positively affect mood as well as physical
functioning and pain levels. It can improve circulation, aid in bringing blood flow to
injuries so that they heal faster, assist lymphatic drainage, and rebalance structural
issues related to muscular tension.
I utilize a variety of techniques to customize each session and address the whole person.
These may include: Swedish Massage, deep Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point,
cranial sacral therapy, Polarity, Reiki, and Elemental Healing.
Be the
change
you want to see
in
the world.
- Mahatma Ghandi
Helping people who are committed to their own wellness and personal growth is my passion.
It is my life’s work as well as my livelihood. As such, I have tried to keep my prices low and
offer packages, discounts, and options for payment that I hope will allow greater access to my
services.
A therapeutic relationship is very personal and subjective and has much to do with the
effectiveness of the work. I am looking for those people with whom I can do my best work
and who feel that this could be one of their own special places to relax, rejuvenate, and
reach their own health and wellness goals.
